At the session on forming a network, we talked about the early stage of lots of one-on-ones and conversations to learn what people care about, skills they could share, needs or challenges they face. I shared a couple different examples of spreadsheet that network steering committee might use as they are doing outreach and eventually that can be shared with everyone in the network to encourage people to connect with one another and keep info updated.
